We provide you non-committal information about certification of management systems!
The expenses for your certification will be delivered shortly after we receive the document “Basic data – company”.
You will get a non-committal estimation of costs.
Assignment
After the assignment you will receive a confirmation of order and a contract to procedure of the certification process.
Disquisition of the Management-System Documentation
After filing in the quality manual and if necessary continuative arrangements, the disquisition of the management system documentation will take place. After completion of disquisition, the company will receive a profitability report with recommendations for further steps.
Certification Audit
The next step after a positively completed disquisition of the management system documentation will be the appraisal concerning the realization of the described documentation in the company. With positive results or as the case may be after rectification of uncritical irregularities, the audit-team recommends you for the issue of the certificate.
Post-Audit
If the audit-team recognizes some critical irregularities towards the basis of certification they will advice a post-audit. A period is appointed in which the irregularities should be corrected. After this period a post-audit proceeds in which an auditor inspects whether the irregularities were corrected.
Granting of the certificate
The certificate has a valid time of three years. These companies which were certificated by 3cert GmbH are free to use the certificate icon and the granted certificate for advertising purposes.
Monitoring process
The certificate is reconfirmed within a short audit annually. After three years a recertification procedure takes place and covers another three years.
